Welcome to SparqFit: This class is High intensity, innovative programming at its finest! Tailored to bring a complete and comprehensive training experience. Classes designed to help the athlete develop the critical elements of fitness. Primal functional movement, stability, mobility, strength, endurance, agility and speed. The classes remain constantly varied and give the athlete maximal cardio respiratory conditioning gearing into the oxidative stimulus. SparqFit classes do not include barbells or the more technical components. All movements can be modified and tailored to fit each athlete’s individual need and ability level. Classes are group oriented and athletes of ALL ability levels are welcome and encouraged to participate!
