I was born in Juarez, Mexico. I hold a Mechanical Engineering Degree and a Master in Business Administration. Since I was a kid I’ve been involved in sports and fitness, practicing different sports from team sports to individual sports. Baseball was the sport of preference, this sport took me to different states and countries for National and International tournaments. When I was 14 years old I had the privilege to represent Mexico on a Pan-American Championship baseball tournament, that took place in USA. At 18 years old I represented Mexico for the second time on a World Championship Baseball tournament that took place in Cuba. From 2002-2001 and 2007-2010, iwas part of the Semi-professional baseball team in Mexico LEB (Liga Estatal de Beisbol). In 2001 and 2002 I played Junior college for the El Paso Community College (Tejanos)

I started CrossFit in 2013. The process has been a great experience, from body transformation and capabilities, to getting to know great friends. After 4 years of constant learning and understanding my strengths and weakness I decided to course the Trainers Development Program from HDS. In 2017 I started coaching at Blue Ridge CrossFit.
